Metal Braces
Metal Braces
Traditional metal braces are the most common type of braces and are more comfortable today than ever before. Made of high-grade stainless steel, metal braces straighten your teeth using metal brackets and archwires. With metal braces, you have the option of adding colored elastics for a more unique and colorful smile.
Ceramic Braces
Ceramic Braces
Ceramic braces are made of clear materials and are less visible on your teeth than metal braces. For this reason, ceramic braces are used mainly on older teenagers and adult patients who have cosmetic concerns. While they are visually less prominent, they do require more attention to oral hygiene as ceramic braces are larger and are more brittle than their metal counterparts.
Invisalign
Invisalign
Invisalign uses a series of invisible, removable, and comfortable aligners to straighten your teeth. Not only are the aligners invisible, they are removable, so you can eat and drink what you want while in treatment, plus brushing and flossing are less of a hassle. The aligners are comfortable and have no metal to cause mouth abrasions during treatment.

Orthognathic Surgery
Orthognathic Surgery
Orthognathic surgery involves a wide variety of surgical procedures performed to place the teeth, jawbones, and other associated hard and soft tissue structures into their best anatomical positions. Surgery along with braces is an option in some cases, but only for very severe problems like congenital abnormalities, growth disturbances, or trauma. Correction of these abnormalities generally results in improvement in function such as chewing, speaking, and breathing, and often enhances facial aesthetics.
3d Imaging
3d Imaging
Regina Orthodontic Group is one of the few dental offices in Saskatchewan to utilize 3D dental imaging. Currently, patients visiting Regina Orthodontic Group will benefit from having the most advanced 3D dental and facial imaging available. Most patients will now be able to bypass unpleasant impressions with their initial treatment records. Due to the 3D nature of the scans, these models are mainly a thing of the past.
